What better way to get a head start on the first day back to school than to feel accomplished making your own lunch and snacks! Kids ages 5-17 will learn some easy and healthy meals and snacks they can prepare for themselves. Or, maybe even help out with some dinner plans if Mom and Dad are busy with other commitments. Led by certified laughter yoga leaders from the Madison Laughter Club.

Healing Touch is a complementary integrative energy therapy that can be used to enhance traditional therapies. This workshop provides an introduction to Healing Touch. Participants will learn the basics of Healing Touch including how to do a Healing Touch technique for self.

"Look Good…Feel Better" is a free, non-medical, brand-neutral, national public service program created to help individuals with cancer look good, improve their self-esteem, and manage their treatment and recovery with greater confidence. Space is limited to 10 participants.
