Post-Traumatic Growth (PUBLIC)

Most people have heard of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but have you heard of Post-Traumatic Growth? Post-Traumatic Growth is personal growth that occurs as the result of a highly challenging, stressful life event.
In this presentation, Dr. Pamela Ginsberg, will discuss Post-Trauma Growth in the context of cancer survivorship, including five factors with which this type of growth happens.
We will also discuss how to promote Post-Traumatic Growth moving forward from your cancer experience.
