In this introductory workshop, we will begin to explore Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We will talk about what ACT is and how it connects the mind, body, and emotions. Discussions and activities will include topics like recognizing emotions and evaluating your self-compassion. The workshop will provide a few tools for you to take with you to continue your acceptance journey, whether you are taking your first step or starting to run – there will be something for you!
