Accessible Cooking: Meal Salad Planning Location: Gilda's Club, 7907 UW Health Ct., Middleton In this class, we’ll demonstrate how to build substantial, satisfying salads that make for a complete meal. We’ll cover the building blocks of hearty salads (veg + protein + greens + dressing + optional grain + add-ins) and share a worksheet for finding your perfect combination. We’ll then put this into practice by making a roasted vegetable and chickpea salad with greens, homemade dressing and pickled onions.
