Come join fellow Gilda’s Club members for an art workshop dedicated to stress relief. Worry dolls are a Guatemalan tradition to help alleviate sorrows, fears and worries. Make a worry doll of your own using a variety of materials. What are your biggest fears and worries? What helps you alleviate these worries? Explore the ways you cope with life’s stresses with this one-of-a kind project.

- Workshops are not designed to be a step by step. You will have the opportunity to create a one-of-a kind project based on a specific therapeutic theme.
- Art materials are provided (unless otherwise noted*)
- Please bring any supplies from home you’d like to incorporate into your artwork/s
About Linn-Miller:
Molly Linn-Miller has been working as a registered art therapist for 15 years. She provided art therapy and
support for both individuals and groups. She works with a variety of populations including families living with cancer, those recovering from substance abuse, adults with autism and pre-school aged children.
Molly paints large-scale murals and makes mixed-media art using fiber and other natural materials. In addition to art-making she enjoys hiking with her husband, two boys, and pup, Eddy, cooking and eating with her girlfriends and playing ultimate frisbee.
