Cancer Transitions for Young Adults

Wednesdays, Feb. 28 to March 20 @ 6-7 pm CT on Zoom

Cancer Transitions for Young Adults is a free survivorship workshop series designed to help you move into the next phase of life with the skills, strategies, and support to empower you.

Your participation in our four session pilot program will help us gain critical insight into how we can enhance and make key improvements to the curriculum before finalizing and offering the program to all.

Participants who meet the following requirements will be eligible to receive a $75 gift card at the end of the program as a thank-you for your time and effort dedicated to the pilot:

  • Within 3 years of completing treatment
  • 18-35 years old
  • Attend all 4 sessions, and complete surveys

Those who are interested and 36-40 years old may still participate, but are not eligible for the incentive.

Spots are limited - Participants will be enrolled in the pilot on a first come, first serve basis. We will email you to confirm that you are registered and provide further information.
