supporting someone you love. Together, we will explore practical strategies to set realistic goals, overcome common barriers, and create daily routines that nurture your body and mind. You will also create your own habit board - a simple visual tool to
help you track progress, celebrate successes, and stay motivated. For all ability levels. No special equipment needed - just bring your curiosity and open minds! Facilitators:
Maddie Hyland and Dani Wild are second-year occupational therapy students at
UW-Madison. They will help you create habits that support your healing and well-being using evidence-based approaches and real-life tips.
