Description:
Come join fellow Gilda’s Club Memories for our 2nd Guest Artist Series, Intro to Origami: Japanese Paper Folding. This art technique involves transforming a flat sheet of paper into a sculpture through various folding techniques, without
cutting or gluing. Origami can create both two-dimensional and three-dimensional shapes, making it a versatile and creative form of art. In this group we will explore the theme of trial and error.
About Guest Artist Workshops: Our new "Guest Artist" art workshops will be taught by Gilda's Club members like you. Guest artists will donate their time to teach a favorite art medium of their choice to their fellow club members and will
be supported by art therapist, Molly Linn-Miller. Please contact Molly at mollylm@gildasclubmadison.org if you're interested in teaching a workshop as a guest artist!
Spaces are limited & registration is required.
