A sacred circle for healing your heart and mind, a time to get away from daily life, unwind, and let go. Equine Gestalt Coaching is a trauma-informed, alternative mode of healing among horses that promises to leave you feeling lighter. You will not forget the lessons you learn alongside these majestic creatures.

We will not be riding during this session. All work is done from the ground.

Please note, we will be outdoors. Please bring a folding chair.  Dress for the weather, Sunscreen, water bottles, and sunshirt/ shade are advised.
