You need a time out!
This day retreat in southwestern Wisconsin will offer opportunities to choose from a variety of activities designed to connect you to nature and yourself. They will be led by a team of facilitators who will guide you in activities including qi gong, birding and nature walk, expressive arts, building and experiencing a labyrinth, and healthy cooking. Time will be allotted for meditation and reflection.
Space is limited, so register early.
A $10 donation is being requested to cover food costs.
