We'll start the morning off learning with Elizabeth, a field instructor for Outward Bound, how to pack a backpack for hiking and what to bring on a backpacking trip. We'll then hike a section of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail: Verona Segment. Hike as much or as little as you'd like.

Who:

• This event is for adults (age 18+) that have been diagnosed with cancer (any stage, any cancer, anywhere in your cancer experience) or have been a caregiver to someone with cancer.
• Bring a guest with you (age 18+) — Please complete separate registrations
