Channel the spirit of Gilda Radner and her goofy characters! Certified laughter yoga leaders will guide you through exercises that combine laughter and yoga breathing. Improves your circulation, digestive, and lymphatic systems. Almost anyone can do this combination of laughter and gentle breathing exercises. No yoga poses; plenty of joy. Led by certified laughter yoga leaders from the Madison Laughter Club.
