Join us for a mindful winter nature hike with other young adult cancer peers. We will explore the hiking trails and (frozen!) Lake Michigan shoreline at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center. In addition, this event will provide a few opportunities for mindfulness,
all abilities welcome!
This event is for young adults (ages 18-45) that have been diagnosed with cancer before age 40—any stage, any cancer, anywhere in your cancer experience.
Spots are limited and registration is required. Register by March 9th.
