We’ll learn how to gently pay attention to the present moment, just as it is.
Mindfulness helps us meet whatever shows up—thoughts, emotions, or body sensations—with curiosity, compassion, and awareness.
This class is not about clearing the mind or feeling
a certain way. Instead, we’ll explore how to stay present with whatever comes up—pleasant or unpleasant—and respond with care rather than reactivity.
Through guided practices and group sharing, we’ll build tools to stay grounded in daily life, even when
things feel uncertain or difficult. Whether you're new to meditation or returning to it, this class offers a supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and connect with your own inner resources.
