Many studies tout the benefits of a regular meditation practice and you may already have experienced the stress-reducing effects of spending time in quiet. In this four-session class, we’ll learn together how as little as 10 minutes a day in meditation can change us in profound ways. Wear comfortable and layered clothes. No prior experience is necessary.

Space is limited to 10 participants, please plan to attend all 4 sessions.
