Mini Retreat


Saturday, November 23rd 9-12:30pm


As the holiday season is fast approaching, lets take a moment to slow down and take care of ourselves.

Join us for a morning or meditation, exercise and learning to prepare a nutritious meal. Deb Phelps from Peaceful Wellness returns to provide us with a meditative sound bath.

We'll then increase the energy with a BollyBeats class hosted by Manisha Bhargava. We'll end the day with a cooking class led by Kirsten Norslien; and of course take the opportunity to eat the food we create.


Space is limited. Registration is required.

Please wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water, and yoga mat (we do have extra yoga mats if needed)

This retreat is open to all Gilda's Club members
