Qigong (Chi-Gung) means “working or playing with your life force energy” and includes flowing movements, breath exercises and self-massage to coax your body and mind into a calm, meditative state that nurtures your life’s vitality.  This introductory class will give you a taste of how this simple practice can enhance energy flow, release tension and leave you feeling relaxed yet focused for whatever lies ahead.

For all ability levels. May be performed standing or sitting.  No mats or special gear needed – just come in comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
