Family Night is for families, as you define it, who are seeking weekly support groups. The evening starts with dinner (5:30 - 6 p.m.), and leads into groups. Groups offered include Wellness (for adults living with cancer), Family & Friends (even when the person with cancer doesn't attend), Teen Time (both for teens with cancer, and teens who know someone with cancer), Tween Talk (for kids 9-12 who have cancer or know someone with cancer), Kids Talk (for 5-8 year olds who either have cancer or know someone with cancer). All groups are facilitated by mental health professionals and require a commitment. Noogie Play is childcare for younger children. To participate in Family Night, you must be a member and meet individually first with a program staff person. Call 828-8880 to schedule either meeting.
