Therapeutic Art- I Am More Than My Illness: Positive Role
Location:
7907 UW Health Ct., Middleton, WI
Join fellow Gilda’s Club members for a workshop dedicated to positive roles. Although cancer will always be a part of your story, it doesn't define you. Choose a positive role you want to play in your life. Maybe it's a role you want to get back to, or a new role you want to take on. Using materials of your choice such as drawing materials, collage, or clay, create an artwork that represents a positive role you want to focus on. This artwork can become a tangible reminder and a way to honor your commitment to this role. *Spaces are limited and registration is required* Questions? Email program@gildasclubmadison.org Please Note: • Workshops are not designed to be a step by step. We will be exploring a variety of techniques and materials to give you the opportunity to create a one-of-a kind project. • Art materials are provided (unless otherwise noted*) • Please bring any additional supplies from home you’d like to incorporate into your artwork/s
