Therapeutic Art: Gratitude Jars Location: Zoom

Monday, June 7, 2021 @ 7-8:30 pm CDT via Zoom

Description:

Join other Gilda's Club members for an art group dedicated to gratitude. Brainstorm the meaning of gratitude and its important use as a positive coping skill. Are there negative events have you experienced that you are now grateful for, learned something from, or got something out of?

As a group discuss examples of what we can be grateful for including people, places, memories, positive or negative experiences, tangible items, senses etc. Write down your gratitudes and add them to your jar. Is this an activity you can commit to every day? Every week? As a family?
