Unwrapping Your Gift: Guided Meditation and Art 'Tis the season of grand and mixed emotions. It is a time to celebrate, connect with loved ones, and express gratitude. It may also feel stressful, lonely, and superficial. Give yourself two hours to re-establish a connection to yourself and your inner gifts. We will start with a guided meditation to help you let go, relax, and explore your Self. We will follow with time in the art room to paint, write, or create about your experience.
