The Wisconsin Survivorship Forum is a biennial event developed and sponsored by the WI Comprehensive Cancer Control Program in partnership with another WI Cancer Council member focused on cancer survivorship issues. The free day of learning, sharing and networking offers an opportunity for cancer survivors and providers to have an equal voice to listen and dialogue with each other.
