Yoga: Beginner Vinyasa Flow for All Levels Location: Yoga Room 60 minute slow flow with time in the beginning of class focusing on breath work, talking about the eight limbs of yoga, mantras and chakras and ending the class with a long sivasana and a guided mediation totaling 75 minutes. We will focus on the chakras by bringing awareness to them during heart openers through gentle back bends. Tina will show you how to modify each pose through the use of blocks and straps and the wall. You will leave refreshed with a renewed sense of spirit.
