Kate Eberhard has practiced yoga for many years and received her CYT 500. She has taught “old school yoga” with older adults, and worked with people with Parkinson’s. Her classes offer stretching, movement, and deep breathing, which all help
create a sense of peace, calm and serenity. Kate recently transplanted to Wisconsin from Colorado. She is married to David, a grandmother to 2 boys, and enjoys gardening, reading, cooking and the outdoors.
