This Hatha Yoga class emphasizes grounding, breath awareness, focus, and slow gentle movement. The exercises can be modified for different physical abilities. The class also incorporates a bit of yoga philosophy as well as a beginning & ending meditation.

This class will move to 6-7:15 pm beginning Dec. 6th.

In this talk/discussion Jody Whelden, hospital chaplain, will share her holistic Spirituality of Illness model and offers us body/heart awareness and tools. We will explore using heart-intelligence, as well as the body/mind’s intuitive-reasoning for recovery. People leave with a broadened perspective on a heart/body/spirit path. This experiential presentation includes stories and discussion.
