Tai Chi Chih consists of 19 simple, easy-to-learn movements and one pose. This is an 8 week class. Reduce stress, promote serenity, gain flexibility, improve balance, and increase energy and mental focus.

Our intent is to create a joyful space for gentle exploration of mind and body. This is your time to share, breathe, move and relax with alignment yoga. New to yoga? In active treatment? Join us, all are welcome.

This Hatha Yoga class emphasizes grounding, breath awareness, focus, and slow gentle movement. The exercises can be modified for different physical abilities. The class also incorporates a bit of yoga philosophy as well as a beginning & ending meditation.

The jazz vocal group is open to all singers, or wanna be singers. We will be a performing group, so we are working on songs for each of us to perform to the public. Sheet music will be helpful, and bringing snacks is encouraged!

Breast Cancer Recovery and Gilda's Club partner to offer this 2 hour event for breast cancer patients and survivors. Dr. Costanzo will discuss and teach mindfulness approaches to help manage difficult emotions accompanying a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Join Dr. Julie Lombardo, breast cancer survivor and seasoned physical therapist as she shares her personal story and how she is now raising awareness across the state on the importance of physical therapy in the care plan of the breast cancer patient. She holds a strong belief that all survivors should have access to physical therapy to assist them in returning to pain-free, active lives, and she educates survivors that it is never too late to utilize rehabilitation services for cancer recovery.
