Channel the spirit of Gilda Radner and her goofy characters! Certified laughter yoga leaders will guide you through exercises that combine laughter and yoga breathing. Improves your circulation, digestive, and lymphatic systems. Almost anyone can do this combination of laughter and gentle breathing exercises. No yoga poses; plenty of joy. Led by certified laughter yoga leaders from the Madison Laughter Club.

NoogiePlay is supervised play for children ages 0-5 while their parent(s) attend Gilda’s Club programs. Volunteers who complete a background check and training create a fun and safe space for children in Noogieland.

NoogiePlay takes place during Family Night on Tuesday evenings and can be arranged with prior notice during other Gilda’s Club programs.

Teen Time is an ongoing support group for teens ages 13-17 who have cancer or know someone with cancer. Teens have their own room with a licensed facilitator to gather, talk, and hang out.

This Hatha Yoga class emphasizes grounding, breath awareness, focus, and slow gentle movement. The exercises can be modified for different physical abilities. The class also incorporates a bit of yoga philosophy as well as a beginning & ending meditation.

This class will move to 6-7:15 pm beginning Dec. 6th.

Many studies tout the benefits of a regular meditation practice and you may already have experienced the stress-reducing effects of spending time in quiet. In this six-session class, we’ll learn together how as little as 10 minutes a day in meditation can change us in profound ways. Wear comfortable and layered clothes. "Look Good…Feel Better" is a free, non-medical, brand-neutral, national public service program created to help individuals with cancer look good, improve their self-esteem, and manage their treatment and recovery with greater confidence. Space is limited to 10 participants.
